Our Approach
Accelerating visibility through Google Ad Grants
Google Ad Grants was scaled into a core visibility engine for SEWA Bharat, helping the organization expand its reach and attract new audiences at scale. Over time, it became a major driver of digital traffic and an important channel for strengthening awareness and discoverability.
Expanding hyperlocal discoverability through GMB activation
More than 50 SEWA Shakti Kendras were activated on Google My Business, helping strengthen SEWA Bharat’s local presence across regions. This improved hyperlocal discoverability, made services easier to find, and created more accessible digital entry points for communities on the ground.
Growing communities and digital engagement
SEWA Bharat’s digital presence grew from a small base into a large, active, multi-platform community. This led to a 10x increase in followers. The LinkedIn newsletter expanded significantly, WhatsApp channels improved grassroots communication, and structured lead capture systems brought in consistent enquiries.
Building the foundation through analytics and capability
A strong analytics setup was implemented using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Hotjar. This enabled better visibility into performance and supported more informed decisions. Alongside this, 25+ capacity-building sessions helped train 500+ staff. Today, more than 50 core team members are using GenAI in their daily work, supported by multiple technology grants.
The Impact
SEWA Bharat now operates a structured, multi-platform digital ecosystem. It has strong search and hyperlocal visibility, more consistent content systems, and growing owned communities. This has positioned SEWA Bharat as the benchmark of digital marketing maturity among organizations in the women empowerment sector.
The partnership enabled SEWA Bharat to move from a static digital presence to a more connected system for visibility and engagement. It also opened new pathways for grassroots communication and improved digital readiness across the organization.
Beyond the metrics, there has been a clear shift in how teams use technology. Digital tools, including AI, are now part of everyday workflows. This has improved both efficiency and confidence across teams. This work shows how the right digital systems can strengthen impact for mission-led organizations.
